-Commissioners are allowed to repost to their platforms or use my art for pfps, but please credit me. You can use any of my platforms to do so :)-DO NOT FEED MY ART TO AI!! Doing so will result in an instant black-list and a beware. Pick up a pencil loser.-A private commission can be discussed with a fee of $40 as I lose advertising/growth opportunities.-I hold the right to post my art on all of my platforms that I decide to. I will gladly credit you for the character ownership but I’ll need the credit info.-Your commission will be posted alongside NSFW, some of which may be more taboo (like feral.) Please make sure you are comfortable with this, as I will not be removing the post if you change your mind.-Do not edit my work in any way without my approval!!PAYMENT
-I use Paypal and Venmo only.-USD only.-Payment will be accepted only after your form is accepted. Please do not try to pay me for something we haven’t agreed on lol.-Full payment is needed after the rough sketch is approved. I will not continue working on the drawing until payment is completed.GENERAL
-After the sketch is approved (separate from the rough sketch,) I will continue the art. The only other time an art update will be sent is during the flat color stage and the final piece, unless specified otherwise in the commission form.-Changes can be made during the sketch phase. Changes cannot be made outside of this stage, unless it's correcting a coloring mistake.-Changes cannot be made after the work is completed!-If a commissioner breaks T.O.S after a commission is accepted, the commission can be terminated. If this is the case, a refund will not be given and the commissioner may be black-listed.-I hold the right to refuse any commission for any reason.-Commissions are not first come first serve! I go based on what inspires me.-I do not do deadlines or rush fees!! (this may change but in extremely rare cases)-Queue goes in order. You will be notified when your commission has started being worked on, but please refer to the queue until this point.-I'm on the slow side with art. Please allow up to a month to receive your commission!-Please respond in a timely manner. I don't expect an instant response but please respond within a day. Failure to do so may result in your commission being pushed back in the queue.REFUNDS
-I do not give out refunds unless, for whatever reason, I cannot finish a commission for a personal reason. If a refund is given, it may take a week or so (depending on my checks)
